When you follow What’s Blooming, the website asks for your first name, last name, email address, and an optional phone number. If you schedule a tour or apply for membership, the connected scheduling and membership services may ask for the information needed to arrange your visit, create or manage your member account, process an application, and handle billing.
How submissions are handled
Email signups are sent directly to Bridge & Bloom’s Mailchimp audience. Tour scheduling is handled through Calendly. Membership applications, accounts, invoices, and payments are handled through the club’s Wild Apricot and Personify services. Bridge & Bloom does not receive or store complete payment card details on this website.
How information may be used
Bridge & Bloom may use the information you provide to respond to requests, send relevant club and event updates, schedule a tour, process a membership application, support a member account, and maintain records associated with membership and billing.
Service providers and external links
Mailchimp provides email signup and marketing services. Calendly provides tour scheduling. Wild Apricot and Personify provide membership, account, billing, and payment services. Cloudflare hosts this website. Links to Instagram, email, and other external services are governed by those services’ own privacy practices.
Analytics and cookies
No advertising tracker is currently configured on this site. Connected services may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for embedded applications, account access, security, scheduling, and payment processing. If the site adds analytics or advertising tools, this notice should be updated to describe them and any choices available to visitors.
Retention, access, and deletion
To ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or request deletion, email info@bridgeandbloomclub.com. Bridge & Bloom and its service providers may retain information when reasonably needed for communications, membership administration, recordkeeping, legal obligations, or resolving disputes.

Reasonable care is used when selecting services and handling submitted information, but no internet transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure. This policy may be updated as the website, service providers, or member systems evolve. The updated date will change when revisions are made.
